This space is for parents, partners, and family members of autistic people.
Whether you’re supporting a teenager, an adult child, or a partner, this work focuses on you — your wellbeing and the dynamics around you.
You might recognise some of this in yourself:

Trying to prevent the next overwhelm.
You’re holding practical responsibilities.
Conversations. Decisions. Logistics.
You’re carrying emotional weight as well.
You’re trying to respond thoughtfully.
To be steady.
To be supportive.
And still, it can feel heavy.
You care deeply.
You show up.
But your own wellbeing doesn’t always get the same space.
In our sessions, we might focus on:
• Your wellbeing and emotional steadiness
• The pressure you’re carrying
• Where you are stretched too thin
• Your boundaries and where they need strengthening
• Reducing your stress and overload
• Preventing burnout on your side
• Reconnecting with your own needs
• Making space for your thoughts and feelings
Because if you are depleted, everything becomes harder.
How I work
This is a calm, structured space.
We slow things down.
We look at what you’re carrying, and whether it’s too much.
My work integrates coaching, strengths-based approaches and cognitive behavioural tools.
Sessions are practical and future-focused.
We look at patterns, challenge unhelpful thinking where needed, and build strategies that work in daily life.
We identify what is draining you and what needs to change.
We strengthen your boundaries without creating more conflict.

Sessions are 60 minutes and held online.
Standard fee: €90 per session
